The room was newly decorated and clean, offering shower facilities, a hairdryer, and fresh towels for guests. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably-priced. - the hotel's location was perfect, being next to the city center, public transport, and taxi services.

the beds where exceptionally comfortable and each newly remodelled and amazingly comfortable room had climate control, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. the location was marvellous, 5 min walk from bus station. a few times i ate at kfc, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The shower head in the room was broken. The location of the hotel is next to a main road which was noisy all night long. When leaving the hotel to travel south on the autoroute, it was necessary to cross two lanes of traffic which were leaving the autoroute and then it was necessary to cross the same line of traffic to enter the autoroute. These are the reasons why I think the location of the hotel is poor.

Clean fresh white linen, great pillows, good sized room, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was very good and reasonable price.

The room was recently updated and spotless, plus it had its own private bathroom, the location was fantastic, just a brief walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. I arrived at about 9.30am because I was hoping to store my luggage for the day- I didn't know this wasn't possible as my request attached to my booking wasn't replied to. The lady on duty was able to check me in, which I was thrilled about as I was then able to refresh as I hadn't slept for traveling. On the Saturday, when I realised the bus wasn't running, another lady called a taxi for me though the office was closed.

That you needed a car to get to and from the hotel during the week as the bus service wasn't running. I had to pay for taxis. I thought that you should have public transport directions included but you'd have to specify that it wasn't available on the weekends. The only complaint regarding cleanliness is that there were still hair shavings on the sink and a bit in the shower. On Saturday night there were youths being loud right outside my bedroom. I got the feeling that they were locals hanging out around the hotel? I think that someone even tried my door at one point! Perhaps a security check around the property on Saturday nights would help.

I absolutely adored the hotel's decoration and ambiance. The elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel created a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for me to rest and relax. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways and elevators were spacious, making it easy to navigate with my walking aid. The hotel also had safety features in place, such as fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, which gave me peace of mind during my stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance and guidance. As a senior guest, it would have been helpful to have someone available to offer recommendations on nearby attractions or assist with carrying luggage.

Location-wise, it's quite convenient for people using the airport due to its proximity. the hotel offers free parking facilities and you can also enjoy a decent evening meal and breakfast in-house.

The room cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with some guests experiencing dirty floors and stale smells.
